Property Value

An identifier that refers to the wsu:Id attribute of the XML element for which this EncryptionReference object was created.

Remarks

An outgoing message's EncryptedData object may have many associated EncryptionReference objects. In this context, the Reference property identifies the target XML elements that will be encrypted.

For an incoming message that has encrypted information, this element refers to the identifiers of the XML elements that were encrypted in the message.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
