Return Value
true if obj is an instance of Address and is equal to the current Address ; otherwise, false .
Remarks
The fragment portion of the address (the part preceded by #) is ignored for comparison. For example, https://www.contoso.com/index.htm\#search and https://www.contoso.com/index.htm are considered equal.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
