Generates an XML representation of the token.

An XmlElement representing the token.

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	document is null .

Because the UsernameToken is a run-time object, this method is called to serialize the token.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
