Generates an XML representation of the EndpointReference from the specified XML document.

Parameters

  An XmlDocument that the returned XML element will be added to eventually.

Return Value

An XmlElement that contains the endpoint reference.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	document is null.
