Initializes a new instance of the EncryptedData class using the EncryptedKeyToken security token.

Parameters

• token
  The EncryptedKeyToken security token used to encrypt the data.

• reference
  A reference to another XML element within the SOAP message that is encrypted. The reference must begin with a # symbol.

• referenceListInsideToken
  true to include the reference list inside the EncryptedKeyToken security token; otherwise, false.
