JScript does not support Generics.

Parameters

• value
  The value to set for the state information associated with the specified SOAP actor in a SOAP message exchange.

• actor
  The SOAP actor for which to set the state information.

Return Value

The previous value for the state information associated with the specified SOAP actor in a SOAP message exchange.

Remarks

When adding state information to the StateManager class, the state must implement the System.Xml.Serialization.IXmlSerializable interface in order to be written out as XML by the WriteXml method.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
