Gets the values of the StartDateColumn column in the Catalogs table.

A DataColumn containing the StartDates used in the CatalogsDataSet..::.CatalogsDataTable.
Remarks
The DataColumn contains the StartDate, the start dates for the catalog. The date the catalog is valid.
