Imports users from the specified file into the StaticList object.

Parameters
- filePath
Type: System..::.String
Full path to the file to be imported.
Return Value
Type: System..::.Guid
The Id of the import operation performed.

Remarks
The StaticList will consist of the existing list and the users in the imported list.
