Retrieves the version of the CatalogWebService.

Return Value

Returns the WebServiceVersion of the CatalogWebService.
Remarks
Both the Major Version and the Minor Version of the CatalogWebService are returned. If the catalog schema version does not validate, a PropagateOrLogException exception is thrown.
