How to Change the Site Terms Options of a Business Data Project

This topic provides steps for changing the site terms options of a business data project. You can change whether you want to include or exclude site terms data from being staged, and whether you want to refresh the orders cache after the deployment finishes.

To change the site terms options of a business data project

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 , and the click Commerce Server Staging.

  2. In Microsoft Management Console (MMC), in the left pane, expand Commerce Server Staging, expand <server name>, and then click Projects.

  3. In the right pane, right-click the project that you want to change, and then click Properties.

  4. In the Project Properties dialog box, on the Site Terms tab, do the following:

    Select this option to include site terms data in the deployment. Leave this option clear to exclude the site terms data from being deployed.

    Refresh Cache

    Select this option to refresh the site terms cache on the destination server after the deployment finishes. Leave this option clear if you want to manually refresh the cache on the destination server after the deployment finishes or if you have configured post-deployment scripts to refresh the cache.

  5. Click OK.
