Gets a value indicating whether the PromoCodeDefinition object has been modified since it was created or loaded from the web service.

Property Value
Type: System..::.Boolean
true to indicate that the current PromoCodeDefinition has unsaved changes: otherwise, false.
Remarks
When a PromoCodeDefinition has been modified, a dirtyFlag is set, indicating that the PromoCodeDefinition has changes and needs to be saved. Calling Save for a PromoCodeDefinition sets the HasChanges property to false.
