Back Up and Uninstall the Marketing Web Service Application Files and Remaining Folders

In this step, the marketing Web service and remaining Commerce Server 2002 files must be deleted.
To back up and uninstall the marketing Web service application files
Locate C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\, and copy the MarketingWebService folder to an alternate location, such as a different computer.
Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
In Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager, locate [local computer] | Web Sites | Default Web Site | MarketingWebService.
Right-click CatalogWebService and select Delete.
Locate C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ and delete the MarketingWebService folder.
To delete remaining Commerce Server 2002 files
Locate C:\Program Files\.
Right-click the Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 folder, and then click Delete. When you are prompted to delete the folder, select Yes.
Restart your computer.
