The SHNP enumeration contains notification priority data and belongs to the Shell Notifications system.

Enumerators
SHNP_INFORM
Notification bubble displays for the set duration, then disappears.Note
For Windows Mobile, this enumerator indicates that a message balloon is shown for the notification, along with an icon in the notification area.
SHNP_ICONIC
Notification bubble does not appear. An icon is displayed for the set duration and then disappears.Note
For Windows Mobile, this enumerator indicates that an icon in the notification area is shown for the notification, but no message balloon appears.
Remarks
The default value for Windows Mobile enumerator SHNP_INFORM is 0x1B1.
