Hdr (11 bytes): Eleven bytes. A TS_WINDOW_ORDER_HEADER structure. The FieldsPresentFlags field of the header MUST be constructed using the following values.

Indicates a Windowing Alternate Secondary Drawing Order describing a window. This flag MUST be set.

WINDOW_ORDER_STATE_DELETED
Indicates that the window is deleted. If this flag is set, the order MUST NOT contain any other information.
