2.2.7.2.2 balloonUI Element

The balloonUI XML element contains information on a printer event that can be displayed on the client computer. The notification MUST contain references to string resources that pertain to printer events.

A balloonUI element can optionally call for the execution of code on the client system by means of a nested action element.

Attributes

Name	Type	Description
iconID	xs:integer	The value of this optional attribute, if present, is the key of an icon resource in the resource file specified by the resourceDll attribute. If an iconID is provided, a resourceDll MUST also be specified.
resourceDll	xs:string	The value of this optional attribute, if present, is the driver-file name of a resource file on the client system that contains the icon resource specified by the iconID attribute. If this attribute is not specified, a generic icon SHOULD be used.
