2.2.8.1.1.3 TXUSER_BEGINNER_MTAG_BEGIN_LOG_FULL

The TXUSER_BEGINNER_MTAG_BEGIN_LOG_FULL message indicates that the transaction was not created because the transaction recovery log had insufficient space to accommodate the new transaction.
