Journaux de diagnostic

Que vous ayez signalé un problème ou que notre service identifie un problème, nous devrons peut-être collecter certains journaux de diagnostic à partir de l’appareil sans intervention de l’utilisateur.

Nous ne collectons pas de contenu ou d’informations générés par l’utilisateur à partir des répertoires utilisateur. Nous collectons uniquement les données de diagnostic et de journal qui concernent l’intégrité et l’état de l’appareil.

Nous stockons les journaux collectés pendant 28 jours, puis les supprimons. Nous traitons tous les journaux collectés à partir d’un appareil conformément à nos normes de gestion des données.

Données collectées

La liste suivante inclut tous les dossiers, journaux d’événements, exécutables ou emplacements de Registre à partir duquel Microsoft Managed Desktop peut collecter les journaux de diagnostic.

Les données réelles collectées sont un sous-ensemble de cette liste et dépendent du problème identifié.
