Initiates an unload of this AssemblyLoadContext.

Unloading is not allowed.
Remarks
- An AssemblyLoadContext can only be unloaded if it is collectible.
- Unloading will occur asynchronously.
- Unloading will not occur while there are references to the AssemblyLoadContext.
