Remarks
The IVsDocumentLockHolder::ShowDocumentHolder method is called when the document is going to be opened by an editor managed by the environment and the environment needs to close the invisible lock holder first. The environment calls this method before closing the document so the document is active when the Save dialog box is displayed. This method is called before prompting the user to save the invisible document locked by the holder.
