Definition

The amount of time in milliseconds that the notification for a performance boost via premium capabilities should be blocked when TelephonyManager#purchasePremiumCapability(int, Executor, Consumer) returns a failure due to user action or timeout.

The amount of time in milliseconds that the notification for a performance boost via premium capabilities should be blocked when TelephonyManager#purchasePremiumCapability(int, Executor, Consumer) returns a failure due to user action or timeout. The maximum number of performance boost notifications to show the user are defined in #KEY_PREMIUM_CAPABILITY_MAXIMUM_DAILY_NOTIFICATION_COUNT_INT and #KEY_PREMIUM_CAPABILITY_MAXIMUM_MONTHLY_NOTIFICATION_COUNT_INT.

The default value is 30 minutes.
