<strong>[icu]</strong> Returns the canonical name according to CLDR for the specified locale ID.

Remarks

<strong>[icu]</strong> Returns the canonical name according to CLDR for the specified locale ID. This is used to convert POSIX and other legacy IDs to standard ICU form.
