i payed for the subscription of $19.99  for xbox live for a 3 months subscription and haven't received my code that is used to activate the xbox subscription tried to call several times to get the code. and kept being transfered  and no one had any answer or code to give me or e mail sent to me saying that i even paid for the subscription but was taken from my account. there is no physcal address, or any e mail address to contact them besides phone. they said they couldn't refund my money so therefore i canceled my subscription and lost my money. if any way this message can help anyone else from being a victim of theft i greatly appreciate it.
