An awesome new tool just came out that makes it super easy to cusotmize your Smartphone homescreen and color scheme (no more need to muck with XML).  Works great and is simple to use.  Nice work!  Links and discussion for this at Smartphone Thoughts.

    I think I really like what this program is supposed to do. But I can't get it to load on my Motorola Q. Do you know of a known conflict? When I do design and save a home page and move it from my pc to the phone, the phone tells me "the layout you selected cannot be loaded..please select another. I can't find any support. Help!

    This program will not work with WM5 (Windows Mobile 5) which is the operating system that the Motorola Q uses.  Either create your own using an XML file or wait until they update their version for WM5 for Smartphone.
