The Windows Embedded Developers Interest Group is holding their inaugural meeting on September 1.  They'll be in the "Quinalt" room in building 34 on Microsoft's main campus.  Details are at https://www.we-dig.org.  Some folks from the Windows CE group will be actively participating in a Q&A panel and there will probably be a few of us Windows Mobile folks attending informally as well.  Here's their full agenda for this first meeting:
