Tech Ed 2004

It looks like Seth had a blast in San Diego talking about the Compact Framework.  We have a handful of developers, testers, and program manager from the product group signed up to give talks for the next one in Amsterday.

I'll be doing a variation of the talk that Paula, Larry, and Samim have given at other shows on future Windows Mobile APIs.  I'm really excited about this - It will be my first time in Europe, my first time speaking alone at a conference, and my first chance to really get people excited about many of the things I've spent the last 5 months working on.  If you caught this session at a previous show but wish we would have gone into more detail on a specific topic, please leave a comment.

I'm still writing the presentation but camera APIs likely will not be covered in much depth at this show.

    Robert,

I attended your presentation at TechEd, Amsterdam and considering it was your first, it probably rated among my top ten of the week and believe me, working for EDS, I see a lot. It was particularly relevant to the work I am doing at present and the demo was well thought out as it had lots packed into it. Can't wait to see the source.

I do hope you keep doing the presentations as then you will be able to relax a bit more, although what came across more than anything was your enormous enthusiasm for the product/technology which is just great.

    Well done.

thanks paul! your support is much appreciated and i'm gladed you enjoyed the session. as for source code, my goal is to get the demo app i built for this session to be included as a C#/VB.NET sample in our next SDK.
