Sample Code for the MSDN Webcast: Introduction to Managed Development for Devices with Visual Studio 2005

This morning I presented a webcast on developing device applications in managed code using Visual Studio 2005. This is the same presentation that I gave at MEDC in May, and provides a good high-level overview of the new tools for device development in VS2005. As part of that presentation I did a demo of an application that has a custom Smartphone UserControl and an Inherited control that I said I would share. I've posted the sample code for the project up on GotDotNet under User Samples (https://www.gotdotnet.com). Search for Auto-Mate.

It probably won't show up on the site until tomorrow or the next day (7/28 or 7/29) but I told folks on the webcast that I would blog where I posted it today. The webcast itself will be posted on the MSDN webcast site on 7/28 if you missed it. Look for it for it here tomorrow:  https://msdn.microsoft.com/events/.
