Former C++ Developer, Oracle DBA and now SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master

New day, new SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master to announce. Everyone please meet Pat Martin!

Pat Martin, Senior SQL Server Support Engineer, Microsoft Gulf. Pat started in the I.T. Industry in 1980 and has held various positions during that time, primarily working with C and C++ development. He has spent the last eight years working for Microsoft as both a Microsoft Consulting Services consultant and currently as a Support Engineer. He has held positions as both an Oracle DBA (version 8.1.6) and as a SQL Server DBA (version 4.2) over time. Pat has spent the last twenty years living in New Zealand, where he has a small farm (and of course sheep) and now he currently lives in Dubai, having moved there earlier this year.
