Breaking down the cost of MCM Exchange training

Folks often ask me about the cost of MCM Exchange training, and at $18,500 I understand the sticker shock.  I also know that the MCM program provides incredible value for the right candidate.  We don't let anyone teach this stuff...we get the very best subject matter experts from the product group, support organizations, and services organizations to develop unique content you can't get anywhere else and deliver it directly.

I attended the 6 week MCA program in 2005, and it has paid for itself many times over in terms of increased salary and career opportunities for me.  I've also seen the same happen for many of my colleagues over the last 6 years.  Knowing what I know now, I'm very glad I had the opportunity to attend.  The certification certainly has its advantages; however, I learned far more that I thought possible and developed professional relationships with other candidates and the folks at Microsoft that have played a significant role in the success of my projects and my career.

I put together a letter that I hope helps potential candidates justify the time and expense of coming to Redmond for MCM training.  If you'd like to join us in Redmond and spend long hours working directly with our very best subject matter experts...then take a look at the attached template and see if it helps you secure funding for the training.

Brilliant letter...but my airfare will be substantially higher so my mileage may vary!
