Author, Teacher, Technical Evangelist – and now SQL Microsoft Certified Master

I’m happy to announce one more new SQL MCM today:

· Dandy Weyn , Learning and Development Specialist, Microsoft. As Technical Evangelist and consultant, Dandy has traveled to world teaching SQL Server, and has been engaged in many projects for enterprise customers. Born and raised in Belgium, he started working with databases at the age of 16, and continued to spread his passion for database architecture wider and wider. Currently Dandy works for Microsoft Corp, where he is responsible for the virtualization and hands-on strategies for internal and partner ready training material, primarily focusing on architects and consultants. As a subject matter expert he is frequently involved in “anything around SQL”, going from events, to content development and technical review. Dandy developed several hands-on-labs and also authored a book on SQL Server certification. While residing in Seattle, he loves to explore everything the city has to offer, having a nice coffee, or a great bottle of wine at one of his favorite spots. Ever since he became a Microsoft Certified Master, he promised to blog more frequently on www.ilikesql.com.

Congratulations Dandy! You were a great contributor to the last training rotation and you’ll be an equally valued SQL MCM community member.
