Details on the June 2016 Microsoft security update release

Yesterday we released security updates to provide additional protection against malicious attackers. As a best practice, we encourage customers to apply security updates as soon as they are released. More information about June’s security updates and advisories can be found in the Security TechNet Library.

    After applying this security updates, our multi tennant AD now lost several permissions on OUs especially for authenticated users, and now GPOs are not applied anymore for users and computers. Any details or article available about mitigating this issue?

    Does this update include the challenging patches re. WSUS for 2012 R2? I'm trying my first-ever WSUS implementation and so far I haven't managed to get it into production. I was hoping that if I could at least get it working for Windows 7 and 8.1 I could worry about Win 10 updates later, especially since we're in only a limited-use situation with Win 10 so far...
