    As part of Microsoft’s Green Initiative, Silverlight 2.0 has been renamed to Silverlight 2 It’s estimated dropping the ‘.0’ will reduced the yearly worldwide network traffic by over 100 trillion bytes resulting in an average savings of 10.3 kilowatts of electricity per day.
