FriendFeed - ok, I give up

I simply can NOT keep up with all the social networking 'stuff' out there.  Now, there's this 'friendfeed' thingee.  What do you think - should I do it? 

Now really, do you actually know what all of those little icons that you can 'hook together' really do?  Maybe I'm just 'socially fatigued', but...

    The solution is obvious.  Create your own social networking site and you won't have time to visit others.   Worse case is, it will become more popular than Facebook, you'll sell it, buy an island near Maui, and go back to social networking fulltime :)
