Video tag with Silverlight Fallback

This is a repro page for an annoying IE9 bug. If you have Silverlight version: 4.0.50524.0 (or anything that is not the most recent version of silverlight) installed when you load this page in IE9 mode you will get a modal dialog asking you to upgrade your Silverlight install.

Expected: No modal dialog in IE9 mode since the silverlight is not used to play the video

Actual: Modal dialog from Silverlight appears

    The same happens in IE8 on Win7 x64. I got the modal dialog and it even froze the browser for about 15 seconds.

    Thanks.  FWIW the dialog does go away if you update your silverlight install.  I'm not sure that on IE8 it's really a bug so much as bad design.  IE8 is supposed to use the silverlight object tag.  IE9 shouldn't in this particular case.
