Kidaro/Microsoft (Desktop Virtualization)

The Kidaro/Microsoft deal formally closed in May.

Kidaro is now officially off the market and the MS teams are working diligently on remediation of the product and creation of Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization Version 1.

Our target launch timeline for MEDV V1 is H1 Calendar Year 2009 per Shanen’s blog on the close.

· Kidaro offers best of breed desktop virtualization technology. The acquisition ofKidaro will accelerate the deployment of new Windows OSs by providing an Enterprise class solution to solving application compatibility issues for our customers.
