Team Foundation Installation Guide - v1.0.41222
I just posted a new version (1.0.41222) of the Team Foundation Installation Guide for the Visual Studio 2005 Team System December CTP release. This version supersedes the version you’ll see on the DVD.
You’ll find both a CHM and a PDF version. To make a long story short, you can’t print the entire guide from the CHM without printing page by page or doing some hacking. That’s why I created the PDF version.
Lo and behold, I just got a bug from someone that found a typo.
In How to: Add a User to the Namespace Administrators Group, step 1 of the first procedure, To add a user to the Namespace Administrators application group using the TFS Group Security Client Tool (GSSUTIL.EXE) , should read:
1. Log on to the application tier computer using the credentials of a user account that is already a member of the Namespace Administrators application group (Domain\TFSSETUP).
I’ll update the download with the latest as soon as I can. You can also find a draft here that may see more frequent updates (Team Foundation Installation Guide - December 2004 CTP).
Happy Holidays!

Sachit - you should post this over in the Team Foundation Server setup newsgroup: http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=whidbey&slcid=us&NewsGroup=microsoft.private.whidbey.teamsystem.teamfoundation.setup Several of the product team members responsible for setup are monitoring and responding to posts there.Anonymous
