The team over at Phenomblue has put together this awesome proof-of-concept video. It's a new way to look at your trip to the sushi bar on Microsoft Surface. Don't worry if you've never tried sushi before, because you can get the full scoop on how it's made in this app. If you're a veteran, then keep stacking up the plates.     Wow.  I love how a video pops up showing you how it's prepared (abbreviated, but fun to watch)!  Is this a slick new way of ordering sushi?  If so, it seems a bit too impersonal as the sushi eating experience here in Japan is predominantly direct order from the guy in white behind the bar.
