You are in charge of managing the storage space and backup of a (Windows) Server which is used as a shared storage space for a software project in the organization. The team of developers want that the state of a subfolder in the main project folder be saved everyday. What will you do?

You must choose the method which will help prevent the errors due to human mistakes such as forgetfulness and leave from the office.
