You have to configure a Windows Server 2008 computer as a DHCP server for a single network managed by this server. You ran the command [ netsh dhcp add server dc1.test.sample.net 192.128.10.1 ] on the Windows Server 2008 for configuring the machine as a DHCP server for the network 192.168.10.0/24. The DHCP server is still not working for the client machines. What could be the problem?

1. DHCP service is corrupted.
2. DNS is also working on the same machine.
3. DHCP service is not running.
4. DHCP service was already running when the command was passed.
