Visual Studio .NET 2005 Beta 1 and related tools have been posted for download at MSDN Subscriber Downloads. The downloads are available for the following subscriber levels: MSDN Universal, MSDN Enterprise, MSDN Professional, MSDN Academic Alliance, Microsoft Certified Partner.

    Surprisingly, I don't know if we support side-by-side in beta 1. The ReadMe doesn't appear to help, as it only talks about Word and Excel. It would seem to imply, though, that Word and Excel are the only known issues running side-by-side. See section 2.13 of the ReadMe: http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/get/currentreadme/default.aspx
