The final 24 hours to provide your feedback on my performance

Back on June 14th, I put up my Your chance to review my performance, because your input counts! post here on the blog where I announced that once again, you would have the opportunity to be a part of my annual review process here at Microsoft by enabling you to provide input directly into my annual review. We are now down to the final 24 hours for you to be able to get your input in to ensure it is included based on our internal processes, so I am posting this quick reminder because:

  1. I know that everyone gets busy and sometimes “I’ll get to it later,” turns into, “Oh, I can’t believe I missed it!”
  2. I know that you may have missed my initial post back on the 14th and didn’t know you could participate
  3. I know that you may not have been completely aware of the exact time you need to get it in by (before 8:00 am PDT tomorrow, Thursday, June 30)
  4. Your input is very important to me and I want to make sure you are able to take advantage of this opportunity if you wish to

So that’s it. Just a quick reminder and ask of you to please take just a few minutes to provide your input on my performance this year.
