“Ask the partners” Tool launched in U.S. – Get answers, ask a question, and find a partner

imageThe Microsoft U.S. Team has just launched an new resource called “Ask the partners” that connects people to our network of Microsoft Small Business partners in order to be able to ask questions, get answers, and find a partner to assist with technology needs. It is a fantastic opportunity for small business customers to connect with Small Business focused partners as well as to have the ability to get their technology questions answered. Here is a quick overview of the new site:

image As you can see, you have the ability from the site to type in your question and submit it to the partners online, then be notified by email and/or Facebook once your question has been answered.
When submitting your questions, you can choose from a variety of business needs as well as industry focuses related to your question you are submitting. image
image In addition to being able to ask a question, you also have the ability to browse answers to questions already asked, which is a wonderful resource to find information that others have already inquired about.
Also available on the site is the ability to find a partner near you to assist you with your technology needs. You can select from a variety of categories to find a partner as well as entering your zip code and clicking “Find a partner” to find one near you. image

Now in order to use the “Ask the partners” site, you will need to click on the “Like” button when you first navigate to the “Ask the partners” site. Once you do this, you will be able to see and interact with the tool itself. Are you a U.S. based partner that would like to participate in the “Ask the partners” site? if so, then head over to the “Be An Expert” page and get started.
