Microsoft Delivers Cloud Security Readiness Tool

Microsoft's Trustworthy Computing team today announced a Cloud Security Readiness Tool that provides organizations with resources to gain insight into their current IT security state and more easily evaluate cloud services. Security remains an important consideration and as a growing number of organizations take advantage of the cloud there is a need to better understand these issues.

The new tool helps to address these concerns by providing information about industry regulations and governance standards as well as guidance on how to evaluate whether adopting cloud services is appropriate and beneficial.
