Windows Vista - Windows Meeting Space

Windows Meeting Space offers a collaborative environment for up to 10 people on a wireless or wired network. It supports unsecured environments that have no infrastructure by using the Microsoft P2P infrastructure.

Windows Meeting Space can be used by information workers in small, medium, and large businesses. With Windows Meeting Space you can provide a collaborative work environment for all topologies: Computer to computer (Ad hoc), Home, Managed/Corporate as well as Internet (if the firewall is configured properly).

You can manage some of the Windows Meeting Space via Group Policies. The Meeting Space GPOs include the option to turn on/off Meeting Space and turn on/off auditing of the meeting spaces. IRM documents maintain their settings within a meeting space as well.
