Web Browser support message - What the?

I was paying some license/registration bills online today and came across this strange browser support message.

"...Please Note: Some customers using browsers other than Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer (versions 4 or more) have reported experiencing problems with online payments. To help us improve our systems, if use a browser other than Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer..."

What the...?? Thats word for word too including the grammar errors. Surely they cant be serious in not supporting the worlds two leading web browsers right? :) Obviously a proof reading failure...

I was referring to the last sentence which if read quickly like I was, appeared to indicate the use of browsers other than IE or FF.

It says "customers using browsers other than".  i.e. customers NOT using firefox and IE are reporting problems. :D

Well hang on... what about the rest:

This service is unavailable due to routine maintenance, between the hours of 11pm Sunday - 1am Monday.

That is an incomplete sentence with the comma where it is. and:

All information on this system is secure to prevent any other party intercepting your credit card details.

I'd like to know how they made all the information 'secure'... perhaps 'secured' would have been a better choice of words.
