Vacation time!

After few years of taking short (like two weeks) vacations, I finally decided to take a long one. I am taking full month off.

As a side note, new hires get 3 weeks of vacation per year, after 7 years at Microsoft one gets 4 weeks of vacation per year, and after 13 years vacation grows to 5 weeks. If you don't use all your vacation, you can roll over vacation time to the new year, but no more than year's worth. Since I haven't been using all my yearly vacation time, I have been rolling over 3 weeks year after year. So now I have full seven weeks accumulated. I am going to use at least four. Besides, I am planning to have zero access to computers during this time :-)
