Join us for the launch of our new Citizenship initiative

Lori Harnick, General Manager, Citizenship & Public Affairs, Microsoft

I would like to invite you to join us this Thursday as we announce a new Citizenship focus as part of a company-wide initiative from Microsoft.

We’re hosting a live online event at 8.30am Pacific / 11.30am Eastern / 3.30pm UTC on Thursday, September 20th.

Our CEO Steve Ballmer will join Brad Smith, executive vice president at Microsoft, to share our plans for our next generation of citizenship for the company.

Since 1983 Microsoft has been fortunate to work with incredible partners in the nonprofit, government and business sectors to bring the benefits of technology to local communities across the globe.

As a company, we love to take on big challenges. We value integrity and openness, continuous self-improvement and constructive self-criticism. It drives us to do our best work. It encourages us to innovate and deliver exciting new products.

Citizenship at Microsoft is no different.

Our team continually reviews how we’re doing, we challenge ourselves to have more impact on society, to innovate, and to anticipate and respond to the challenges we see in local communities and on a global scale around the world.

This Thursday we’ll unveil the next chapter for Citizenship at Microsoft.

Please join us.
