TV White Spaces: Enabling Citizen Services & Disaster Recovery in the Philippines

Fisherfolk in Bohol, Philippines, live in remote coastal areas with little or no Internet connectivity. In order to be registered in the government’s National Municipal Fisherfolk Registration (or FishR) system and obtain citizen services and benefits, some travel hours to their municipal hall, and as a result lose a day’s worth of income. Hear from the fisherfolk themselves about how White Spaces have changed this.
