Microsoft Expression Graphic Designer Tutorials

I am playing around with "WPF/E" and trying to get some nice graphics for my application and using Expression Graphic Designer to create them. Now, I'm no artist extraordinaire, but I did find a set of tutorials from a guy called Henry very useful. Some good guides on doing stuff like coloring bitmaps, creating background textures, gel-style buttons (important for that on Vista L'n'F) and clocks.
