Live Meeting and Office Communicator Tours

With the release of our new Office Communicator 2007 and Live Meeting 2007 Console, we have also created new Tours and Tutorials for end users to take to help familiarize themselves with the powerful new features that have been release in these new versions.

There are several ways to access them.

Accessing the Tours and Tutorials

  1.     The tours run the first time someone runs each product. 
  2.     After the “first use,” you can revisit the tours whenever you want from the Help menu:

Live Meeting

  1.     On the Meeting Controls toolbar, click the Online Help arrow.
  2.     Then click Start Live Meeting Tour (Online).

Office Communicator

  • From the Help menu, click Start Communicator Tour.

3.    They are found on Office Online
