Cool Tip of the Day 22: Invite New Participants to a Conversation

You
can invite as many as 31 other people to the same instant messaging
conference using the 2007 R2 version of Microsoft® Office Communicator
Web Access.

  1. In the Conversation window, click Invite, and then click Invite Someone.

  2. In the Invite Someone window, do one of the following:

  • Click the name of the contact or group that you want to add to the conversation, and then click OK.
  • In the Search
    box, type the contact’s or group’s display name or sign-in name, and
    then press ENTER. In the results list, click the contact’s or group’s
    name, and then click OK.
